Our story
Built on referrals, kept small on purpose
Isabel Ferran founded Costa Verde Properties in 2009 to do estate agency the honest way. Most of our clients come to us because a friend or neighbour sent them. That trust is the whole business, so we protect it.
We are a team of five. Between us we speak English, Spanish, German and French, so buyers and sellers can talk to us in their own language. We hold the API licence, colegiada 2214, which means we are a registered agent under Spanish law.
