We keep the content accurate and up to date, but details such as costs, taxes and timescales can change. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Always take your own independent advice before you buy, sell or let.

Our service

Our fees, including the flat selling commission and the no sale no fee terms, are confirmed in writing before we act for you. The terms of any purchase, sale or let are set out in the contracts you sign.

We list properties on Idealista and Rightmove and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
