What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email, phone and message you give us. We use this only to answer you and to help with buying, selling or letting a property.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to provide our service. We do not sell your data. We share it only where we must to complete a sale or let, for example with your lawyer or a notary, and only with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period after, then we delete them. Where Spanish law requires records to be kept longer, we follow that.

Your rights

Under Spanish and EU data law you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email us and we will act on your request.
